  Nice place to visit and learn about the dam. Very good visitor center. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Super great area for a picnic. The area is pretty and you need to see it to appreciate it. We'll go back if we are passing through the area again. We'd like to see it during different seasons.

  Lots of parking. Access to A.T. for hiking. Interesting to be able to walk across and see the mechanics of the dam.
